Making a purchase: could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping and Handling: Items under 2 kilograms will be sent via the Post Office. Items over 2 kilograms will be sent via our carriers.
Delivery schedule: If your order is received by 5pm, and the item(s) is/are in stock, we will endevour to ship the same day, subject to credit card clearance, locality, and excluding system failure and delivery option selected. Most orders are normally dispatched within a maximum of three business days. International orders are generally received in under seven days from dispatch. All special offers are subject to availability.
Back orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax charges: For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card security: All credit card transactions are transferred via a secure server using SSL technology. A small locked padlock will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of your browser during the credit card part of the transaction. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction. Unless otherwise stated all goods carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and compatibility with manufacturers before ordering. Trichord Research does not warrant the suitabilty and compatibility of goods for specific applications Trichord Research offers a 30 day money back guarantee on defective goods returned in original and undamaged packaging, complete (including manuals) and in ‘as new’ condition. This guarantee does not apply to goods ordered in error (including unsuitability or incompatibility), to goods which are not defective or which are not returned in ‘as new’ condition. Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are returned suitably packed and for obtaining the necessary proof of delivery and receipt. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Error and Omissions excepted.
Privacy Policy: Trichord Research Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.

Returns Policy: If for any reason you wish to return any product please call 01684 311600 for assistance, all refunds or replacements are dealt with promptly. Replacements are normally sent out the same day that we recieve the original. In the event you have to return any item whether faulty or not, it is the customers responsibility for the safe return of all goods in as new condition, along with all documentation, receipt of purchase and original packaging. You must return items by a traceable method. Royal Mail Special Delivery is highly recommended. Where a refund is sought and there is no fault found, the initial cost of delivery will be charged.
